Designix Digital Printing Solutions ("Designix", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and what you can do about it. It follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we collect
When you request a quote, place an order, or message us, we may collect:
Name
Mobile number
Email address
Delivery or billing address
Company or organisation name
Order details, quantities and specifications
Artwork and design files you send us
Proof of payment you send us
If you message our Facebook Page, Meta gives us your profile name and a page-scoped user ID so that we can reply to you. We do not receive your Facebook password or your friends list.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information as defined in RA 10173 — such as health information, religion, or government ID numbers — unless you send it to us yourself in the course of an order.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send you a quotation
To produce, check and deliver your order
To contact you about your order, including design approval
To issue receipts and keep the accounting records the law requires of us
To answer your questions and handle after-sales concerns
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How we collect it
Through our website and quote form, through Facebook Messenger, through Viber and SMS, by email, and directly from you at our office.
Who else sees it
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
Couriers. LBC, J&T Express and Lalamove receive your name, delivery address and mobile number so they can deliver your order.
Messaging platforms. Meta (Facebook Messenger) and Botcake, the tool we use to reply to messages, process the conversations you send us.
Our website host, which stores quote form submissions.
Government agencies, where we are required by law to disclose — for example the Bureau of Internal Revenue, for sales records.
We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records: [NUMBER] years
