Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

Welcome to Designix Digital Printing Services. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, accessible via our physical shop and our online presence (facebook.com/designxph).

By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all printing, design, and related services provided by Designix Digital Printing Services. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Ordering and Communication

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only considered confirmed once all artwork has been approved by the client and the required deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Communication: Official communications and order details should be coursed through our official Facebook page (facebook.com/designxph) or our designated business email/contact numbers.

3. Artwork and Proofing

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, and text are correct. We are not liable for typographical errors, low-resolution images, or incorrect colors in the files provided by the client.

  • Proof Approval: We may provide a digital proof before final production. Once the proof is approved by the client, any subsequent changes may incur additional charges, and we are not liable for any errors present in the approved proof.

  • Color Matching: While we strive for accuracy, slight color variations may occur between digital screens and the final printed output due to different printing processes and material types.

4. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: A minimum deposit of 50% is required before any design or printing work commences.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full upon pickup or prior to delivery.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept GCash, and Cash Deposits.

5. Turnaround Time and Delivery

  • Production Time: Standard turnaround times are estimates and begin only after the deposit is paid and the final artwork is approved.

  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to power outages, equipment failure, supplier delays, or severe weather conditions in Meycauayan and surrounding areas.

  • Delivery/Shipping: If shipping or delivery is requested, the client bears the cost. We are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during third-party transit.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before the printing process begins. If an order is canceled after the artwork has been processed or materials have been sourced, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of custom printed materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the items have been printed, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

  • Defects: Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to either reprint the defective items or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Right to Print: By submitting artwork, the client warrants that they have the legal right or permission to reproduce the materials and that the content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

  • Promotion: We reserve the right to use samples of the printed products or display photos of the completed work on our Facebook page and other marketing channels, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Designix Digital Printing Services and its owner, Hans Acain, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in the delivery of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total total amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meycauayan, Central Luzon.
